Sometimes its just easier to eat a relative if you live in remote villages like in the amazon or africa jungle. They must really struggle with letting 150lbs of meat go to waste...thats a lot of hunting trips trekking over harsh terrain.

Anyway...

All those psychological reasons make total sense. However, what you never hear people talking about is the sustenance aspect of cannibalism. Some meat (beef for example) keeps you fuller than other kinds (fish for example). My theory is that human meat keeps humans fuller for longer. Of course there's no way to actually test the theory... LMFAO! But I suspect I'm right.

I think the whole thing is just... nasty. It's dark. Kind of a demented place to go with a thought process.
