You could use a special pillow to prop your ass up...
A simple roll pillow would suffice.
The pillow would be positioned under the lower back and the very top of your asscrack, which can be tanned easily in almost any other position.
It’s the lower/inner asscrack we’re concerned with tanning.
I think it would be more comfortable to just hang upside down from a crossbar.
You'd get maximum buttcrack and hoohah exposure if you did it at noon.

Although I'm too shy to tan naked because even though I have high hedges I've seen drones hovering in my back yard before and my neighbors have teenage sons so I'm not taking any risks, especially in a position like that!
