But I do hope people buy her pumpkins, they really are very cute.
It's fine to bust out a few pumpkins every now and then, but once she's tired of doing it, she should absolutely stop so she doesn't injure her wrist again. I think she forgot how much that sucked.

She needs her hormones checked. It's time to stop fucking around with this. Get them checked and have the levels looked over by a dedicated professional, because doctors are rushed and worthless for giving you actual answers.
She needs a deep dive into her thyroid levels and her sex hormone levels.
Find out where the imbalance is and then dedicate 100% to fixing it.
If she fixes the hormonal problems, so much of her health will improve as a result.
40-55 is one of the hardest times hormonally for females and she should head into those years with the best possible grasp on her levels and have at least a few years of research, trial and error, and maintenance behind her.
Out of whack hormones can make life (mentally/emotionally) a living hell and have a devastating impact on the health long-term.
If she can go into that era prepared and figure out how to maintain hormonal balance, she may find that 50+ are the happiest years of her life. She's spent her adult life dealing with emotional and physical issues because of the hormones, and she owes it to herself to have the best chance at good health in the second part of her life.

Rofl. I really relate to her love of stuffed animals and animal figurines and statues. I feel the exact same way, I think it is a girl thing. Katie and I are a lot alike in some ways, so it doesn't surprise me that we have this in common.
