It's hard to get enthused about them. Pico de gallo helps, but then it helps a lot of other foods too.
Mind bleach. Can't unsee. This is a turning point for me.

It doesn't seem like it would be cost effective to mix up 15,000 pounds of that stuff and ship it by refrigerated truck to another facility to stuff the wieners.
I mean if you're making that much at a time, why not have the full production line in one place?
