Pretty sure I haven't really read/watched the news in like 3 months.
Now when I hear people talking about current events, I can so clearly see that it's really bad for the psyche.
I try to tell people to tune out and not pay any attention to it but I think you've gotta come to that place in your own time.
They just want people focused on negativity and fear, keeps them easy to control and it really works.
No benefit in keeping up with the news whatsoever.

I happened upon a Trump-hate circle-jerk live & in progress the other day and simply voiced
an opposing viewpoint and was immediately accused of being a supporter - EVEN THOUGH
in my very well-presented entry, I made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that I was a borderline anarchist
who's never voted once in his entire life, devoid of ANY allegiance to any form of religion or politics.
One twat even openly called for me to be banned cuz "I sounded like an elitist". ROFL
I guess expecting people over the age of thirty to have better reading comprehension than
a grade-schooler is fighting words and grounds for dismissal. I didn't get kicked but I did
leave of my own accord. There's just nothing in it for me at that point.
Grown-ass people STILL going at it over an idiot that's been out of office for how long now??
At this point they're just beating the ground where the dead horse used to be. I honestly don't
know whether to laugh
at them or weep
for them.
