Supernatural (2005) - Review & Commentary
Supernatural - Season 13, Episode 4 - "The Big Empty"

3:58 LOL, the Anakin bit was pretty funny.

13:18 TBH I fucking hate the word "catharsis".
Supernatural - Season 13, Episode 5 - "Advanced Thanatology"

5:08 well at least the likable one got away?!

6:45 uuuuhhhh, he got laid by being hot as fuck? Just a guess.

12:18 LOL I feel bad for this kid, OMG. Nobody better come for him, I'll be so pissed.

31:42 they call reality a "multiversal quantum construct".

33:57 this is really a pretty good scene.

There's like this SUPER palpable tension between Jensen and Jared that really suggests to me they don't get along THAT fucking well these days.

I think Jensen feels like he's just NOT taken seriously... whether that's true or not. I feel like he's got some kinda complex.

And holy fuck, how are these people SOOO easy to read!?!?!?!

The body language/facial expression/vocal response out of Jensen after Jared's "jumping the shark" statement, 1:35 I mean...

It's just amazingly transparent, it's like you can see their every thought.

His "No" and then the sniff, and the way he looks down after that...

How are these actors so easy to read in interviews etc.?? You can't hugely see all their thoughts and feelings on the actual show. You can pick up on certain things, but it's not like this.

What boggles my mind is Jensen's super intense, hardcore mental and emotional landscape...

I feel bad for that guy. I dunno what's up with the whole 9 yards but it's VERY strange.

Damn, Jensen was in Kentucky the other day!!!

He should have stopped by to see me!!!

Dancing Banana
I'll make him feel better about life.
Sad Nana
(Probably not really. I'm not a miracle worker.)
That honesty thouuuughhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But seriously, I wonder what Jensen will do when the show ends?

I still vote he should retire from hollyweird and have a nice musical residency at his Family Business Co. brewery.

There's no way I'd continue on in the acting rat race...

He probably will though. Unfortunately it'll mean he has to give up even more of his soul and do God only knows what to be allowed into a bigtime hollywank film...

*shakes head*

There's still hope for him at this point, but if he chooses the path of greed/ego, shit will just get even darker for him.

Cuz that dude is not that happy, he just isn't. It's very plain to see. Whatever the reason why, who knows.

It would do him good to turn over a new leaf in life and just... play some music and nurture his soul.
He seems like he really needs healing. Seems like there's just been this cloud of darkness over him and it's been getting darker for years.

I sense a lot of feelings of being undervalued... although it's hard to find the proper word to explain the feelings, that is somewhat close. Undervalued, not taken seriously, misunderstood somehow... it's almost like people just assume a lot about him.

They probably assume his life is super easy because he's really good looking and rich (and famous). They probably assume he's just not that smart because he's so beautiful. They probably assume he enjoys all of it... ha.
(I wrote this weeks ago whilst on a plane from Taipei to Bangkok. And no, I don't recommend going to either place.)

Supernatural - Season 13, Episode 6 - "Tombstone"

1:50 Dodge City hell yeah!!! I'm kind of curious to visit Dodge City TBH, I LOVE the old west style places.

It's been so long since I watched Supernatural it honestly seems pretty dumb now. Like I can't even remember what happened.

3:46 see these are the parts that I think are so silly because they've seen COUNTLESS people come back from the dead at this point, how could they EVER be surprised.

I did think the portrayal of the "Empty" was pretty good with the way they made the entity in the Empty take the form of Castiel. It's such a right on allegory of what disembodied consciousness (nothingness) really is. It's all just us. Everything is just us.

5:58 I think it's rather amazing that they're bringing Jack and Castiel back together. It had fuck all to do with Jack though... like literally nothing. They're so wrong about this.

7:00 they act like telekenetic movement of the pencil is some kinda big deal or something. And Sam acts like it's low key evil or something even though he was the one who suggested he ever try to move it.

8:00 LOL SEE!!! Dean is right... it IS awesome.

8:50 I totally feel like I've seen that room before.

9:20 LMAO WHO DOESN'T like cowboys!? I'm totally going to Dodge.

10:04 "You're in a good mood huh?" Dude I hate it when people make comments like that!

11:30 oh come on what was that even?? See that's the kinda stuff I don't like about this show.

13:00 Misha's acting is kinda off in this episode.

13:39 we didn't even know Dean was an "angry sleeper". It's news to us.

15:05 LOL, cowboy hats and trenchcoats don't really go together.

"I'm your huckleberry" LMFAOMG!!!

15:50 LOL I didn't know "Space Cowboy" was a song, WTF!!!

17:15 LMFAO okay that actually cracked me up. Jensen's southern accent is surprisingly bad!

18:17 ooo, I like this lady's style!!! Some great music in this episode.

"He's a trainee, top of his class"... that was pretty convincing.

22:10 wow how great would it be to have your own 1800s cowboy?!

Are we supposed to believe this resurrected cowboy dude and this chick are legit dating??

LOL Athena is a hottie!

27:05 "I've got this!" LOL famous last words.

Whatever, can't Jack just bring him back to life??

31:10 "We need to get the hell out of Dodge now!" LMAO, I bet they wrote this whole episode just so they could use that line.

Told you he felt this way.
Sounds like somebody's sick of the bullshit!
Supernatural - Season 13, Episode 7 - "War Of The Worlds"

I haven't watched Supernatural in a HOT minute. And lately I've been reviewing The X-Files... Maybe I'll review one episode of this show and then switch over to the X-Files again.

I really don't LOVE this dude who plays Lucifer. Sorry... he's not bad. But... there's just something about him I'm not hardcore into. He plays the role well but... I dunno what it is.

Really pretty scenery clips in the beginning of this episode.

Oh my God, every fucking time I come back to Netflix I realize they have a fucking God awful player that doesn't show accurate timestamps. How did I ever make it through 16 pages of episodes on this piece of shit Netflix player? Wow. WOWWW. Oh my God.

4:21 I'm already so fucking bored with this episode. The ONLYYYYY good part of the show IS Dean/Jensen. That's it. And of course Rowena. But Castiel just walked in the room and... it's like who fuckin' cares??

5:52 yeah and this fuckin' Jensen dude isn't even acting, he's literally just being himself.

I'm telling you (nothing personal to this show) everything in the ENTIRE sphere of hollywood, be it TV or movies...

It's ALL such a LIE.

SUCH a lie. Sold as some big magnificent, near magic shit when really, it's JUST NOT.

All these actors?? They're just fucking being themselves... a good 90% of them don't even have any ACTUAL acting ability. This shit is insane... just wow, fucking wow.

Again, I'm not bashing the actors on this show specifically or anything, it's just... a general observation.

8:31 Kevin lmfaololololol.

11:02 I feel like sometimes this show comes across a lot more cheeseball than it has to.

12:33 well I'm glad he got out of there... he may be Lucifer, but he's not the worst.

13:32 "Honey you're not Lucifer. My ex-husband's Lucifer." ROFLROFL. Guarantee you that will be the best part of this episode.

14:38 man there are some truly terrible actors on this show.

15:21 "What, do you live here?" After all the weirdass places they've been they're gonna talk shit about this place?? Riiiiiight.

18:11 it's so fucked up that Jensen's good looks have been truly the only thing that carried this show... from start, to finish. Yeah, Jared is hot too. But let's be very clear... it's all due to Jensen, that is the bottom line.

And that might sound great for Jensen, yay you carried a show for 15 years basically singlehandedly, and I'm sure in the beginning it probably was a lot of fun but... all in all, I'd say it's just been too much.

I'd be so damn fucking sick and tired of this shit if I was him... but think about it, I mean it's a lot to give up, the money, the fame/popularity, the opportunities, etc. etc. I can see why they dragged it out for so long. But I'm sure there were times when continuing was about the hardest fucking thing ever.

19:31 "Is that a trick question?" Another great line/laugh in this episode, probably better than the first.

26:00 LOL he put on a great front!!!

26:57 and the thing is, this guy who plays Lucifer is one of the best things about the show. LMAO! Sooooooo. Yeah.

37:25 LMFAO he keistered a lockpick.

Okay well, back to the X-Files.
Listen, Supernatural was a great show.

Not X-Files levels of great...

But it WAS great.

Was it mostly because Jensen Ackles is hot?

But the show, in my opinion, jumped the shark when they brought Mary back to life.

It's as simple as that...

It all went downhill from there, because they just kept Freebirding it.

Still a 'good' show from then on out, but not a great show like it was at one time.
If I had to put up with 15 years of faggy parallels being brought up between myself and my co-star, I'd be pretty tired of the shit... just saying. Hey maybe they don't care, maybe they just egg it on, maybe they think it's funny, maybe they love it, maybe they really did have a ton of gay sex together (especially in the beginning) cuz we all know hollywood is balls deep into that! But for some reason I really don't think they both/all like it that much.
So apparently Jared Padalecki got arrested in Austin, TX outside a bar on Sunday, October 27.

A bar called "Stereotype" (the fuck kinda name is that for a bar?) that he is said to own a share of at the least and may flat out own it at the most. My guess is he probably just owns a share of it...

But that doesn't help too much with the rumors that this was a publicity stunt. Three episodes of season 15 have been released so far. Dunno if they're actually done with filming yet though.

Dunno what any of the season subject matter is about, but his 'arrest' could coincide with it... I won't know that until I get around to watching season 15, God knows when. It's not really a priority for me and I still have season 13/14 to finish.

While in my opinion he does look legitimately wasted in the picture, his hair is too perfect looking for the situation. My guess is leaning toward 70% chance of publicity stunt, 30% chance of it being genuine.
If it was a legitimate incident, it was probably spurned by somebody fucking with him. Maybe he was just too drunk, like any other time he could take the BS but not this time.
Jared is a Chinese zodiac Dog after all, they're known for having a problem with alcohol and other substances. What's always surprising with Dogs is if they DON'T have those problems. Throw in being a Cancer on top of it and you have the makings for emotional outbursts, but usually only at a breaking point, or if solicited.

Recording obviously started after whatever exchange set this off...

Looks like the guy is strangling Jared and Jared has him in a chokehold...

But can you really call that a chokehold??? That's just like Jared's arm around the guy's neck/shoulder and he's holding his hand in his other hand. Is that the definition of a chokehold??

I dunno, it's hard to tell what the hell is going on here but I'll give my take on it...

From the move Jared was making at 0:04 it looks like he's trying to get the guy off him...

One of them is repeating the same couple words, but I can't hear what the words are. I think it's the guy in the chokehold saying it. It's unclear which one says "Yes"... I can't figure out what's being said or by who. They stop choking each other (LMAO) and then Jared puts his hands up and the guy remains in a defensive/on-guard "What the hell?" kinda stance. Jared makes some weird kinda move with his fingers after he puts his hands up. But by Jared's movements etc. it seems like a move you'd make when you went too far with some shit but you knew it was a bad idea in the first place sooo.

That or maybe Jared started out by defending himself against an asshole, but then after a while it became clear he was stronger than the other guy and Jared continued dominating him beyond the realm of necessity, then the other guy got all freaked out and scared.

Could have also been a case of two drunk dudes agreeing to fight each other... or play fight. You know they do that kinda stupid shit sometimes.

0:16 though I mean, Jared is FUUUUUUUUUUCKED up. And that ain't acting either, that's some real shit. He's leaning against the car and looks fucked up out of his mind. I dunno if JUST alcohol makes those kinda movements... he could be fucked up on more than alcohol. 0:23 looks like some shit I've seen on crackhead videos.

The people filming inside are saying they never served him.

0:32 he's getting money out and the conclusion mostly everyone seems to come to is that he's gonna attempt to bribe the cops. I think that's even what some of the people filming are talking about.

0:36 there are some suspicious looking people hanging around outside... the people filming say "Tyler's here too?" whoever that is, and someone else says "He's in a Santa suit" or something. WTF.

I still stick to my original theory that the dude was probably talking shit or something... I'm sure he probably started it, and then Jared just continued it for longer than it should have been.
Apparently "Tyler" is the manager of the bar.

This article says he attacked the managers, Ian and Tyler.

Apparently an argument began in the bar, then Jared was escorted outside, then outside he started arguing with Ian who he proceeded to bitchslap twice.

Says that Tyler was bleeding when the police talked to him, and therefore supposedly Jared attacked them both.

The article says that Jared tried to re-enter the bar and Tyler tried to stop him by getting in between him and the door guy and that Jared fell down, and when he got back up he hit Tyler.

That article says Jared kept touching the officers.

Someone else who worked there said that Jared was the antagonist 100%...
