It's not their fault really. Yes, they're retards but they're not technically human beings, they're
remote application tools in meat suits. They don't have the ability to think, only calculate and observe, 
feel react. Puppets. Nonsensical puppets caught up in silly string which needs to be deeply cut
in one of the tardarteries. We need "behavioral health centers" (re/de-programming facilities) to
find, isolate and quarantine their malware, then remove the bloatware and a fresh install. I estimate
if this is done by "pros" with the proper prose; at a rate of 10 hours per day at 6 days a week, they'll 
be ready for release back into the wild in approximately 1-2 years. They don't need punishment; they're 
sick and need treatment of a highly effective nature.
