Jail inmate searches are sometimes not even available if the local area isn't that big.
There are a bajillion counties in all 50 states you'd have to search...
It'd be easier to find an obituary than it would be to find him by searching inmates.
If he's not dead, then he sure doesn't wanna be found, and that's a good enough answer for me.
Case closed as far as I'm concerned... he's clearly hung up his hat either way, so living or not, I say we let him rest in peace.

Okay. well for starters I searched all of Alaska state .all the prison system for Alaska state ..I also searched all of Texas state prison system ..both of these are found on bop government websites easily. I've also searched for every county in Alaska and I personally emailed the person in charge of records for the state prison of Alaska and he said there's no record of greene in custody sadly. That's all I have done so far.
His kids or the children's grandmother should know something. Has anyone talked to them?
No one will come forward on this thread and give any info about his whereabouts. So really there's no way to find out unless whoever out there who knows comes here and tells us.
I mean the bottom line is that if Zane IS alive but he's not in jail, he's done with all this. Otherwise he'd let us know he's alive. It's okay man, I know you're curious, I was too. But I've pretty much accepted that we'll never hear from Zane again. He gave enough of his time/life to his audience back in the day anyway.
He'd definitely rather be dead than to live with me... or anyone else, really.

Yeah I'm just another anon Zane fan that watched him pretty much from the beginning on and off I would check in on him. Chocolate mountains where the golden days when he caught that snake I was literally blown away and cracking up at the same time.
I find it hard to believe he would stay off the internet if he was alive.
Where do we know he was last for certain? It wouldn't be that hard to pay for a private investigator to do a locate if you call someone within the state.

From what I can recall, the last vid he ever posted, it was a livestream from a hotel room in a place cold enough in late May (or early June) that he had to wear long sleeves.
