Things that are also core necessities as well as mood lifters are ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO.
Beyond that, shit like powdered drink mix is a MOOD LIFTER.
Any type of candy is a MOOD LIFTER.
I opt for cough drops instead of actual candy because they have some modicum of medicinal use too.
Any type of legal drug... GET IT.
Half the battle is psychological.
