Which makes me suspicious it's even real, but whatever.

No fever would mean the body isn't trying to kill it, means it's pretty stealth and temperature scanning to detect infected people would be useless.

Apparently there are so many suspected cases in Wuhan that they have run out of whatever they use to test and therefore diagnose cases.

It sounds like they've completely run out of supplies of all kinds.

Supposedly a lot of high level Chinese officials have run off to a secure location and are basically leaving everybody to die.

Geographically the case in Toronto is very close to NY/NJ and the east coast in general, so it's only a matter of time before it spreads from there.
