If you're asking because you want to register, you can register, but I will always approve your posts first... there would be no real difference between being a Guest and being a member for you, besides not typing captcha.
There is no PM system and you'd just be a standard member, couldn't change your username... so really the sole benefit in registering for you would be no captcha.
If you wanted to use another username, you could just register another account. You can have multiple accounts. But you'll always be on approval no matter what.
