I am so guilty of brushing my teeth way too hard. It's like I'm sanding down an old book shelf.
Really gonna try this stuff. I already use clove oil mouthwash a couple times a day. Been thinking
for a long time now that I should only brush once daily; due to my super-sensitive teeth and receding
gums - in a couple places. Not sure about the turmeric on my teeth though, but if it helps all the
stuff this video says [I've read the same numerous times/places] then I'm up for that.

Saw this a couple nights ago. It was really good, even in spite of Tom Hanks in the lead role.
Cinematography was awesome. Everything was really well done. Except the lead role. Harr-harr.
