i've been experimenting with frankincense for a couple years now. what kind do you use? i've had essential oils from the boswelia serrata type, b. carteri, and b. sacra. i've got bits of resin of what i believe to be b. serrata. have you noticed any major differences between the types?

it seems sacra is the hardest and most expensive to track down, but it both smells the best [imo] and lights up my amygdala like nothing else.

should you happen to know a good source of quality b. sacra, i'd be interested.
